The Dufu River Pavilion, located in the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt, was built in memory of Tang Dynasty “poet-sage” Du Fu. As the largest Tang-style wooden building in Hunan, the Dufu River Pavilion has been towering in the “landscape city” as a landmark since its completion in 2005. It is not only the best viewing spot of the Orange Island flames but also serves as a cultural landmark in the “one river, two banks” development in Changsha.
