中国—加纳经贸合作项目推介会在长沙举行

Recently, the China-Ghana Economic and Trade Cooperation Project Promotion Conference and the Inauguration Ceremony of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre China Liaison Office were held in Changsha. At the ceremony, the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), the China-Africa Economic and Trade Promotion Council (CAETPC), and the International Association for Popular Cooperation (IAPC) signed a memorandum of understanding on deepening collaboration in key areas, including the development of the Volta Lake Economic Corridor and the construction of industrial parks.

近日，中国—加纳经贸合作项目推介会暨加纳共和国投资促进中心中国联络处揭牌仪式在长沙举行。仪式上，加纳投资促进中心、湖南省中非经贸合作促进研究会与国际民众合作协会签署合作备忘录，三方将围绕沃尔特湖经济走廊开发、工业园区建设等重点领域深化合作。

At the event, Augustus Obuadum Tanoh, presidential adviser and head of Ghana's 24H+ Secretariat, outlined the core vision and implementation approaches of Ghana's 24-Hour Economy strategy. He noted that Chinese enterprises possess advanced expertise in engineering contracting, equity investment, and operational management, making them vital partners for Ghana's economic transformation. The signing of this memorandum will establish a structured cooperative channel for Chinese enterprises to engage with the 24H+ Secretariat and to participate in Ghana's development.

活动现场，加纳总统顾问、24小时经济秘书处负责人奥古斯都斯・奥布阿杜姆・塔诺阐述了加纳“24小时经济计划”的核心愿景与实施路径。他表示，中国企业在工程承包、股权投资、运营管理等方面拥有先进经验，是加纳实现经济转型的重要合作伙伴。此次备忘录的签署，将为中企对接24小时经济计划秘书处及参与加纳发展提供结构化合作渠道。

Following over ten rounds of bilateral research and exchanges, this promotion conference launched 14 cooperative projects with a total investment worth 3.3 billion USD. Covering multiple sectors including agricultural modernization, healthcare, the gold industry chain, and industrial parks for building materials, these initiatives aim to establish replicable and scalable models for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. The "2026 Ghana Investment Project Portfolio," was released at the event, providing investors with detailed information on these full-industry-chain projects, including investment returns and cooperation models. The portfolio spans multiple sectors such as financial services, headquarters economy, modern agriculture, industrial upgrading, and public welfare infrastructure.

经过双边十余次调研交流，此次推介会推出14个合作项目，总投资金额达33亿美元，涵盖农业现代化、医卫健康、黄金产业链、建材产业园等多个领域，将打造可复制、可推广的中非经贸合作模式。现场发布的《2026年加纳投资项目集》，为投资者介绍了这些全产业链项目的具体情况、投资回报与合作模式，涉及金融服务、总部经济、现代农业、产业升级、民生配套等多个领域。

"Since its inception, the CAETPC has prioritized Ghana as a key partner in Africa for cooperation. Existing projects can be integrated into Ghana's 24-Hour Economy strategy as priority initiatives to jointly advance their implementation," said CAETPC President Xu Xiangping.

“研究会自成立之初便将加纳列为重点对非合作国家，可以把已有项目纳入‘加纳24小时经济计划’重点项目，共同推动项目落地。”湖南省中非经贸合作促进研究会会长徐湘平表示。

Following its inauguration, the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre China Liaison Office will serve as an information hub and a bridge for economic and trade cooperation. The office will respond swiftly to the needs of Chinese enterprises, facilitate coordination with Ghanaian government agencies as well as local partners, and accelerate the implementation of cooperative projects.

据悉，加纳共和国投资促进中心中国联络处揭牌后，将作为信息中枢、经贸桥梁和合作纽带，快速响应中企需求，为中企协调对接加纳官方部门及本地合作伙伴，助力合作项目加速落地。
