120年的缘分！中美代表长沙同植友谊树

One tree, two countries, 120 years.

一棵树，两个国家，120年。

In 1906, a small group from the Yale-China Association arrived in Changsha, China, to practice medicine and open modern classrooms. That arrival is where Xiangya Hospital of Central South University begins.

1906年，雅礼协会的一小队人抵达中国长沙，行医、开现代课堂。湘雅医院的故事，从那一刻开始。

120 years later, Laurence W. Bates, chair of the Board of Trustees of the Yale-China Association; Robert Rohrbaugh, associate dean of the Yale School of Medicine; Leslie Hope, consul general of the U.S. Consulate General in Wuhan; and, Chinese representatives jointly planted a friendship tree in Changsha to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.

120年后，美国雅礼协会董事会主席贝纶、耶鲁大学医学院副院长罗伯特·罗尔博、美国驻武汉总领事霍诗翎与中方代表共同在长沙种下友谊树，庆祝中南大学湘雅医院建院120周年。
