从乡村走向世界：周群飞时隔11年再登中国女首富

Zhou Qunfei, founder and chairwoman of Lens Technology, has reclaimed the title of China’s richest self-made woman with a net worth of 127 billion yuan, according to the 2026 Hurun Women Entrepreneurs List released on October 28. Born in rural Xiangxiang, Hunan, she built her career in precision glass manufacturing and founded Lens Technology in 2003. The company grew into a core supplier of protective glass for Apple, Tesla and other global brands. She first topped the list in 2015; eleven years later, she returns — this time carried by a new industrial wave.

10月28日发布的《2026胡润女企业家榜》显示，蓝思科技创始人、董事长周群飞以1270亿元财富，时隔11年再次成为中国白手起家女首富。她出生于湖南湘乡农村，从精密玻璃制造行业起步，2003年创办蓝思科技，后来成为苹果、特斯拉等全球品牌防护玻璃的核心供应商。2015年她首次登顶；11年后重返榜首，背后已是另一波产业浪潮。

Today, Lens Technology’s footprint goes far beyond phone screens. Its new robotics campus in Liuyang spans 400 mu, with annual capacity for 10,000 automation units and 500,000 embodied AI robots. In 2025, the company delivered over 3,000 humanoid robots and 10,000 quadruped robot dogs. With more than 3,000 engineers and partnerships across 200-plus companies worldwide, Zhou describes the path simply:“With a foundation in robotics, all it takes is courage to make it happen — and seize the moment.”

如今，蓝思科技的业务早已超越手机屏幕。公司在浏阳启用占地400亩的机器人园区，具备年产1万台自动化设备、50万台具身智能机器人的能力。2025年，公司已交付超3000台人形机器人和1万台四足机器狗。拥有3000多名工程师、与全球200多家企业合作，周群飞把这条路径说得很朴素：“有了机器人的功底，有勇气就可以做起来，抓住风口。”
