After graduating from the University of South China, Jiang Wenting, a Gen Z college entrepreneur, dreamed of pursuing a career in rural development and creative industries. With the support of Changsha’s youth-friendly entrepreneurship policies, she co-founded a cultural technology company with her sister and partners. Later, she took charge of brand operations and became the manager of Lüxingu Tea & Grill Campsite in Tianxin District.

“00后”大学生创业者蒋玟婷从南华大学毕业后，因向往乡村与创意事业，在长沙青年友好创业政策支持下，与姐姐及伙伴成立文化科技公司，机缘下接手天心区菉心谷茶烤营地品牌运营并担任主理人。

Catering to young people’s preferences, she has turned the campsite into a popular rural tourism spot featuring study tours, team-building activities, and farming experiences. It has boosted local employment and increased villagers’ incomes, showing the unlimited potential of youth entrepreneurship.

她结合年轻人喜好，将营地打造成集研学、团建、农耕体验于一体的农文体旅网红打卡地，带动当地村民就业增收，展现出青年创业的无限可能。
